I teach a course on student development theory for the Higher Education Program, and on Oct. 31 we will be discussing gender/gender identity, and on Nov. 7 we will be discussing sexual identity. In the past members of your team have done an activity and engaged students in a follow-up discussion, along with chatting about their careers in higher education. (The activity that was done in the past involved putting up sheets of paper around the room, and having students write on them — I’m not sure what that activity is called…)
