LGBTQ+ Resources Center

ATQ

First piloted as identity-specific conversations about intersectionality in the LGBTQ+ Resources Center, ATQ has blossomed into a partnership with CAPS and HRL to build community for students who still want to have those conversations, but in a bigger space.

ATQ is a biweekly, student-centered learning community co-facilitated by the LGBTQ+ Resources Center and CAPS that focuses on empowering all students, including queer, trans, non-binary, and questioning students in the face of personal and political stress. Come learn to embrace your identities, build community, and face the world’s challenges in a space of acceptance and celebration of what LGBTQ+ communities bring to the world.

In the 2025-2026 academic year, we are excited to continue building partnerships with student groups and other aligned people and offices on campus, so please reach out if you have an idea or want to collaborate!

When our ATQ center interns start in August, we will be able to share our schedule for meetings and where you can find more information or engage with us virtually — checking the LGBTQ+ Resources Center’s Mason 360 event page is a good bet to see any upcoming programs.

If you have any questions or want to reach out sooner, you can email us at [email protected] or connect on Instagram @lgbtq.mason
